Returns & Refunds

- Any products returned must be within 30 days from date of invoice.

- All returns must be unworn, unopened and unused.

- Any items returned must be free of odours for hygiene and quality reasons.

- Invoice numbers must be provided to issue all refunds.

- Credit account holders will receive credit notes.

- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

- Special order items may incur a restocking fee if returned.

- If the items we have delivered are incorrect we will arrange a collection.

- Any products that are ordered by the customer incorrectly will be collected on their next free delivery or alternatively you can return to the items to the shop.

PLEASE NOTE

For hygiene and safety reasons, all reusable disposable products - such as sandwich platters and similar items - are non-returnable once they have left our premises, whether used or not.
